This real cbe wedding got its “Boho Black Tie” design from the bride and the groom’s complimentary styles. Mixing these different styles gave this winter wedding a fresh look and warm feel, despite the freezing Wisconsin temperatures! The ballroom of The Edgewater was transformed with ceiling to wall drapery, in order to create a neutral canvas for all of the design elements to really shine. Large tropical plants and greenery filled the space, accompanied by wood harvest tables and minimalist black and white patterns. Classic bold and black fonts were used for signage and stationery, with pops of navy to maintain a simplistic, yet playful feel. Custom wood hexagon place cards uniquely decorated guests’ champagne coupes and complimented the wood chargers perfectly. Guests were absolutely wowed when the ceremony space was transformed during cocktail hour to include a custom white pergola, accented with greens to highlight the kings table where the wedding party dined. This cbe wedding had an elegant, yet easy design that created the perfect backdrop for Taylor and Josh to begin their life as a married couple.
