What does your dream wedding look like?
My dream wedding would take place during the summer with my future Prince
Charming (who has yet to find me). I would have a church wedding followed
by an outdoor wedding reception. The color theme would be mint and coral; I
love how those colors complement each other so perfectly. Now, for my dream
dress: it would be white, with a sweetheart neckline, lace top, and a
beaded waist. The dress would flow to the ground and have a small train.
My reception would be filled with music, laughter, fun and lots of food,
especially pasta.
What is one thing you can’t live without?
I would never be able to live without my family. They are my rocks; they
support me in everything I do.
When you were a little girl what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a hairstylist. Since I had my
first haircut, I have had the same stylist. I wanted to be just like her.
I even made a book for my hairstylist with drawings of me cutting hair when
I grew up.
If you could plan a destination wedding anywhere in the world where would it
be?
For the longest time, I wanted to have a destination wedding in Hawaii.
That beautiful place is still high on the list, however, I recently traveled
to New Zealand, and I fell in love with the country. I would love to have a
beach wedding there, with the bluest ocean in the background.
What is your favorite wedding trend of the moment?
My favorite wedding trend is cupcakes at a wedding reception. Cupcakes are
my favorite dessert, hands down. They are easy to eat, and they have
endless possibilities. They are delicious – for the palate and the eyes. I
am very glad others have also realized that cupcakes are so perfect for
weddings.

What does your dream wedding look like?
Even though I want to be a wedding planner…I haven’t planned my own dream wedding yet. I want it to be inspired by my relationship with the man I will spend the rest of my life with. After all, it is his wedding too!
What is one thing you can’t live without?
I cannot live without my iPhone. I use it as my alarm clock, calendar, camera, GPS, and of course for texting, social media, and email. I would be lost without it!
When you were a little girl what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a little girl, I wanted to be a lawyer. My mom is a lawyer, and I wanted to be exactly like her.
If you could plan a destination wedding anywhere in the world where would it be?
As fun as a beach destination wedding would be, everyone does that. I pick Ireland! (I’ve never been, but P.S. I Love You was enough to make me fall in love with the scenery.) Not only am I Irish, but I could get married in a castle—what girl doesn’t want to feel like a princess on their wedding day?!
What is your favorite wedding trend of the moment?
My favorite wedding trend right now is a rose gold engagement ring! I’ll skip the classic gold and silver for the soft blush color that feels vintage and exclusive. Now I just have to find the man that goes along with it!
