When it comes to wedding day wine service, many suggest passing one white and one red wine. As with white wines, it’s crucial to bear in mind the fare guests will enjoy during the reception when navigating the red wine selection process. Though Cabernet Sauvignon is American’s most popular red wine, it can at times be too full-bodied.
