His mom taught him how to tie his shoes, sign his name, and hold a door open for a lady.  Your mom shared her makeup tips, dating advice, and shoe addiction.  Whatever you are most grateful to your mom for, remember to show her, even when it’s your day.

Moms can play many crucial roles in the wedding process from emergency dress fixer to bridesmaid drama diffuser.   However, she is there to have a good time too.  Remember to take a few moments to bask in the day’s joy with the woman who has loved you from day one.  Mother-son dances are also a super sweet moment at the reception.

After the wedding, it is always nice to send a little thank you to your mom and new mother-in-law for everything they have done.  A simple framed wedding photo and handwritten note that she can cherish forever are wonderful ideas that are sure to bring a little tear to her eye.
