Coming off the heels of Bridal Fashion Week Spring 2014, it’s been a sea (albeit a memorizing and innovative sea) of lace, veils, and beading. Amid the chaos of collections, however, Alice Temperley’s bridal creations from her namesake brand, Temperley London, demanded follow up recognition. This British designer’s most recent collection is called “Titania”—an ode to Shakespeare’s fairy queen in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Fittingly, the gowns embody a soft, ethereal, and decidedly vintage mien. One dress (pictured below) is particularly remarkable with its blouse-like sleeves, intricate lace detail, and strong early-1900s influence.  To view more gowns from the Temperley London line, click here.
